I gave your organization 5 stars and the Google Review and Facebook review I posted states: “Dr Shockley was AMAZING! He took m So much time with me to answer my questions, he listened to my requests, and we truly worked together as a team to come up with a plan. My pain already feels better after seeing him because he tweaked my medications. We came up with plans for medial branch blocks and then rhizotomies and the order that I should have them done, since my spinal pain is in several different locations. Dr Shockley and his office team were extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I am so blessed to have found his practice! Thanks to all at the Pikesville location! You are my angels! Ms. Rochelle and Ms. Hamilton (Dee) are 2 of the best office administrator’s that I have the pleasure of knowing. They show so much compassion,attention and respect to the patients. As soon as I enter the officeI’m met with a smile. They work together as a team to make sure that the office runs smoothly. Dr. Hill is a great doctor he is also attentive and compassionate. I recommend anyone who looking for a doctors office who provides quality care to choose Dr. Hill office.

I was in a automobile accident in 2015 and I was in hospital almost 6 months and then physical therapy. I went to 2 practices where the people didn’t care and I was miserable, then I found Choice Pain in 2017 and ever since the office team Ms. Rochelle and Ms. Hamilton are very helpful and do all they can to help. Dr. Shockley in the beginning and then James Hill ever since as my doctors. They are great! Mr. Hill is very kind, considerate, helpful he listens and tries to make sure I am not in as much pain as I am. Stays up on every aspect, I definitely would recommend this practice to whom ever is in need of a pain doctor. Thank you all for your help.

My experience was good what the exception of one of the receptions she wasn’t very pleasant on the day that I came she seemed like she had an attitude and wasn’t too pleasant and it wasn’t only directed at me and a couple other patients while I was there other than that I always have a good visit with Mr Hill I love to meet with him he’s a great listener and he understand his patience God bless

This has been great since my first visit.Dr.Opi has been great.The Whole Staff has been great.He has done great with getting my pain level down.i could hardly walk when i 1st came to him and he has worked miracles.Hy highly recommend Dr.Opi.

I would give this practice 100 stars if I could. The staff from the doctors to the front desk go above and beyond to make you feel like a human and not a number. Not only do they know your complete medical history but they also know your daily life. They go above and beyond to help you and treat you for whatever issues you have and they don’t judge you. No matter what the problem is they will jump hoops to make sure that the issue is resolved in a timely manner. I honestly can’t give this facility enough praise. If you are looking for a pain management group that will work with you and your health issues with any judgement this is the place for you. Thanks everyone!!!
